Road Rage

Road rage is definitely a criminal offense, not just a simple traffic disobedience. This happens when a traffic situation become more serious. For instance, a person is angry at another driver who has been driving negligently. When the other begins to retaliates and in most cases overreacts, the argument somehow result in violence. It could range from a simple physical confrontation to an assault.
